OVERLAY VECTOR DATA

Ofek_01Orbit Oblique Mapping comes with a very strong support of GIS data. Drag and drop your vector data file and you can immediately overlay it in any of the oblique views. Straight forward and very dynamic.
To have a perfect match, you either need vector data in 3D, or 2D data with DEM – given that the 2D vectordata is draped over the DEM on-the-fly. The Vector Overlay HUD gives supplementary control over height adjustment for 2D data.

Import procedureOrbit Oblique Mapping Basic comes with a quite simple procedure to import the documented raw data into Orbit Oblique Projects.  You can optionally add a DEM and orthophoto.  Hereafter, you are able to open the project or share it with your customer for import in his Oblique Mapping Explorer version.
