Client requirements analysis and IT System design; Workflow analysis and automation; Quality Assurance system design; Human resources planning, Estimation of the required production capacity and throughput necessary to achieve the required volumes within the required timescale; Definition of appropriate technical solutions (hardware and software) suitable for creation of the automated workflow.
